Los Angeles was calling, and this time, the Amazon Summit 2022 was the reason behind the trip! This event was such a remarkable experience, bringing together creators, and plenty of moments worth dressing up for. Naturally, I couldn’t refuse the chance to make my wardrobe part of the experience, too.
From a cozy Amazon-themed sweatshirt and easy layers to warm blazers and a little sparkle for the evening, I brought along a mix of looks that felt comfortable, stylish, and very LA.
Photo 1: Starting with an Amazon-themed HANES sweatshirt because sometimes you just have to embrace the occasion! I paired the cozy gray sweatshirt with classic skinny jeans and white VINTAGE HAVANA sneakers for a casual look. This was such an easy combination for exploring and taking in the Summit.
Photo 2: For this look, I went for a more polished take on casual with a classic WDIRARA black blazer, fitted top, cropped pants, and white sneakers. I love how the blazer makes the outfit feel more put together. The quilted ALDO crossbody bag was also such a pretty finishing touch against the neutral outfit.
Photo 3: THE DROP dress is always a good idea! I gave this one a slightly more laidback feel by incorporating a long blush cardigan and white sneakers. The blend of the faux-leather dress with the soft cardigan creates such a delicate contrast.
Photo 4: This was one of those outfits that felt perfect for a night event. I kept the base mostly black with a tailored blazer, dark RETRO GONG leggings, and sneakers, then elevated a pretty BEFORE & EVER crossbody bag for extra detail.
Photo 5: Then it was time to bring a little sparkle into the mix! This ANNA-KACI sequin mini dress was such a soft change of pace and definitely had its moment. I paired it with a light quilted shoulder bag to soften the look and keep everything feeling chic.
Photo 6: For a daytime look, I went with a soft gray cardigan over a white REORIA top, cropped pants, and neutral YETIER loafers. I love outfits like this because they are timeless but still look put together.
Photo 7: I wanted to keep things simple with this black MANGOPOP long-sleeve top and wide-leg TRONJORI trousers. This is such a great example of how an ordinary combination can still make a statement without needing too many accessories.
Photo 8: Another blazer moment! This close-up shows the brown ASVIVID checkered blazer layered over a simple white top and jeans. With the layered M MOOHAM necklaces and white sneakers, it feels sleek but still very wearable.
Photo 9: And finally, another full look featuring that same checked blazer, this time styled with a white top, blue KUT FROM THE KLOTH jeans, white sneakers, and a large OVERBROOKE tote. This was such an easy outfit for a Summit daytime look. Comfortable, classic, and ready for whatever the schedule had in store!
Looking back at these outfits, I think that’s what I loved most about dressing for the Amazon Summit. There was room for everything from casual to dressy. It was the perfect reason to style some new pieces too.
