Hi everyone and Happy New Year!! A lot of us like to start off the new year with either a resolution, or just an overall goal related to health and wellness. If you’re one of the people wanting to focus more on health and exercise this year, I’ve rounded up a list of workout must haves for you!
For outfits, I’ve included some of my favorite workout leggings, joggers, sports bras, and tanks. There are long sleeves and zip ups in case you’re working out outdoors and need a warmer outfit. I’ve also added in some shoes in favorite brands like Nike and Adidas that you can still get from amazon!
In terms of accessories, I know a lot of us have some type of smart or fitness watch whether it’s an Apple Watch or other brand, so I’ve included some adorable and comfortable bands for you to wear during your workouts and track your stats. Check out the watch band case in case you like to mix it up a lot and have a variety of bands that need organizing!
There are water bottles in a bunch of different materials and sizes to go with whatever you prefer. I also made sure to include headphones, wireless headphones are a must have for working out so you don’t have to carry your phone with you the entire time! So there are some options for great wireless headphones for you guys as well.
Finally, I’ve added some gear for you to workout at home! Weights, jump ropes, resistance bands, even a smart scale if you want to track your weight at home. I’ve tried to include everything you’d possibly need for different types of workouts and a variety of environments where you may be exercising. Here’s to a healthier 2022 for all of us!
